No — EVP

This is an EVP Frank captured at the end of the evening when he was doing a group EVP session in the dining room using the flashlight technique.  There is a lot of chatter going on, but if you listen closely, you will hear the words being spoken at position :11 that say, “Frank, I can see.”  After being analyzed through specialized equipment, this is determined not to be of human structure
